Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were really comfortable, especially with the huge bed and very comfy pillows. The small room was well-equipped and very cozy, leading directly to a terrace with our own reserved table, adding a nice touch to our experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the canal-facing room was impressive, it felt like the servants' quarters with a lumpy bed, cheap pillows, and no room temperature control. The noise levels were over the top, making it hard to relax during my stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel de Orangerie! The location is simply perfect, right in the center of the world heritage monuments of Bruges. The rooms with modern amenities and a cozy fireplace were great, but there was a slight issue with a faint smell of foul drainage in the room. The service was exceptional, with the staff being super friendly and helpful as if we were long-time friends. The dining experience offered a wide array of delicious dishes and was definitely value for money. The facilities were fantastic, especially the warm fire glowing to come home to after a day of exploring. However, the room was missing a couch which would have been a nice addition.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience all around. The rooms had charm and offered a great view, complete with a lovely shower and bathroom. It was a peaceful retreat perfect for enjoying a quiet afternoon glass of wine. While the room was very comfortable and boasted a nice view over the canal, due to the age of the building, the creaking floors could be a minor inconvenience unless you opt for a top floor room or bring some earplugs.
The hotel is ideally located on the canal, offering charming views and easy access to the market center. The rooms vary in quality, from beautifully decorated with amazing amenities to less comfortable spaces occupied by noisy families. The service is top-notch, with a focus on customer satisfaction. The dining experience is delightful, set in a beautiful venue overlooking the canal. Overall, a mixed but generally positive stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is perfectly located on a back street just off the main road, offering a fantastic view of the water and a luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are spacious with a fantastic bathroom, but there was a bad drain smell after some repairs. The service is attentive, friendly, and full of valuable recommendations. Dining is on the expensive side but offers a buffet style with a great variety of options. The location is excellent for exploring Bruges, while the dining experience is a must. Overall, a great spot with some minor issues to consider.
